New York and Nashville —  Dec. 20, 2010 — Corporate Board Member, a wholly owned subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), has named Deborah Scally as the editor of Corporate Board Member magazine, a leading publication to public company boards that focuses on corporate board leadership and governance issues.

Prior to the acquisition of Corporate Board Member by NYSE Euronext this past September, Scally had served as Corporate Board Member’s managing editor since 1998. She has also been editor of Bank Director magazine, a quarterly magazine for financial company boards, since 1993.

Corporate Board Member has been a stalwart provider of governance education for more than a decade, and I am truly excited about the prospects for the magazine in the years ahead,” Scally said. “The critical issues now swirling in Washington  and among public and investor arenas are greatly influencing corporate directors’ responsibilities and provide us with tremendous editorial opportunities.”
