With the signing of the federal spending bill,
which allows states to decide on the growing of industrial hemp, a new
industry is ready to explode in America. Governor Cuomo of New York
signed an industrial hemp bill into law on December 17, joining a
growing number of states eager to benefit from this industry and give
American farmers new revenue streams.

CEO of World Hemp Oil, Christopher Cain, states,
“The mission is to plant proprietary hemp strains high in CBD along with
a full spectrum of cannabinoids and minimal THC and bred to grow
outdoors. We can now produce CBD oil at a high volume to reduce costs
for those in need. American Seed Oil will guide its network of
farmers to produce CBD Oil that is consistent among all growers and of
the highest quality to optimize its medicinal and nutraceutical

ASOC cultivates hemp strains that are now growing
in the States of Vermont and Maine. Farmers in other states including
New York are ready to start growing. ASOC is working with these new
industrial hemp farmers to dedicate a portion of their crops to
producing quality hemp seeds as well as extracting cannabidiol (CBD
oil). Because industrial hemp has virtually no THC and can be bred to be
high in CBD, ASOC is introducing special cultivated strains of hemp
that produce quality CBD oil comparable to Charlotte’s Web. CBD oil has
been discovered to be effective in treating symptoms of epilepsy,
Parkinson’s, MS, spinal cord injury and many others.

Providing farmers with proprietary seed strains
means ASOC can optimize its nutritional and medicinal value. This means
that ASOC and World Hemp Oil can guarantee that the CBD oil that is
produced for nutritional and medicinal benefits is organic, and
consistently of the highest quality. Along this vein, there is growing
excitement about hemp seed oil being a new source for omega-3 due to its
high protein and fatty acids. The organic growing methods of industrial
hemp make the source controllable, therefore improving the quality over
fish sources.

Cain states, “In addition to producing and selling
hemp fiber, we can help these farmers produce other products from the
plant that not only create additional revenue streams, but also help
those that are suffering from symptoms that CBD oil can alleviate. As
ASOC grows this alliance of domestic industrial hemp farmers, America
can become a major exporter of quality hemp seed, CBD oil extract, and
the products created with them.”

World Hemp Oil and American Seed Oil have
also partnered to develop and market new and unique products infused
with their high quality CBD oil, such as the EpiVape, a disposable CBD
vaporizer with a socially acceptable, non-cigarette shape.

World Hemp Oil and ASOC do not grow, sell or
distribute any substances that violate United States law or the
Controlled Substances Act. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
currently considers hemp-based cannabinoids, including CBD, to be “food
based” and therefore legal.

These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended
to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Potential users should consult
their physician before beginning any new treatment.
