Alter NRG Corp. Executes Agreement For The Sale Of A Gasifier For $22 Million

CALGARY, Dec. 21, 2011 /CNW/ – Alter NRG (“Alter NRG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement (the “Agreement”) for the engineering, fabrication and construction of a plasma gasifier to be installed at the proposed Tees Valley Renewable Energy Facility (the “Project”) to be constructed in Northeast England.

As was described in the press release on November 23, 2011, Alter NRG and its wholly owned subsidiary Westinghouse Plasma will provide equipment as well as related engineering and project management services for a fixed price of approximately $22 million.  Alter NRG expects to realize about 90% of the revenue within fifteen months. As part of the Agreement, a down-payment will be made and Alter NRG will commence the final engineering and fabrication of the plasma gasifier and related equipment.
