SASKATOON, Dec. 3, 2013 /CNW/ – Golden Band Resources Inc. (“Golden
Band” or the “Company”) (TSX.V-GBN; OTCQX-GBRIF) announces that
pursuant to its Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive
stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the
Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 8,550,000 common shares in
the capital stock of the Company.  The options vest in 50% increments
with half vesting immediately and the balance vesting in 12 months from
date of grant. The options are exercisable at a price of $.07 per share
for a period of five years from the date of grant.
