Option Agreement Terminated

On June 11, 2012, North American Potash Developments Inc. (TSX.V:NPD; OTCQX: RNGTF; FSE: 3OZ) (“NA Potash” or the “Company”) and other parties to a March 28, 2011 Option Agreement (the “Option Agreement”) terminated the Option Agreement with Passport Potash Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PPI) (OTCQX:PPRTF) (“Passport”) due to Passport’s uncured default of the same. Notwithstanding termination of the Option Agreement, NA Potash will continue to prosecute its claims against Passport related to Passport’s breaches of the Option Agreement in the pending civil action in Salt Lake County, Utah.
