SAN DIEGO, Dec. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Trucept Inc. (OTC Pink: TREP) Earlier this year, Trucept became aware that its workers’ compensation carrier, Guarantee, was ceasing its coverage operations. At the same time, Trucept was considering changing its core business model. These two events have come together for Trucept in a way that will please its clients, enhance its customer base, and allow for a seamless transition into the future.
Effective December 27, Trucept will become the marketing arm of several nationally known Professional Employer Organizations. Trucept will facilitate the sales for these PEOs and spin off its current payroll team while retaining its customer service platform. These moves will allow Trucept to leverage its extensive client contacts. Current Trucept clients will continue to be serviced by their familiar customer service associates.
