This week I decided to turn over a new leaf, to become a morning person (again).
My decision to become a early rise has been an interesting experiment thus far. For the last four days I have been setting my alarm for 6am (I know some of you are probably laughing out loud because you either HAVE to be up at that time or have kiddos that come wake you up at all hours of the morning) and not pressing the snooze button. Each morning has become a little easier, minus yesterday after a few too many glasses of wine at our friends house. I should start this conversation by saying I have always been a morning person. I am the girl who wakes up happy, hoping out of bed and ready to get my day started. About three years ago when I started working at home I made the decision to push back my wake up call. Honestly, most days I would wake up before my alarm and it was such a good feeling, but no matter what I was always feeling behind. This was the week I made the change…
Ruffle Sleeve Sweater (in green, in white) / Black High Waisted Jeans / Zara Heels (similar) / Bubble Earrings / Sunglasses (get your first month free using the code: ADASHOFDETAILS) / Daniel Wellington Watch (c/o) / Crossbody Bag
I know it has been less than one week, but I am already feeling a major change in my mood, productivity and eating habits. I never realized how much I could accomplish before 10am. What is your morning schedule? Do you hit the snooze button or are you becoming a morning person, too?
So, now a little bit about this sweater! Aren’t these sleeves are everything? I have had my eye on this sweater for months and when I was ready to make the purchase, of course, it was already sold out. Do you guys ever find a piece of clothing that you just NEED and even dream about it? Well, thankfully Mackenzie was browsing Shopbop and told me it was back in stock. It was like Christmas came a little early because I immediately added it to my cart. This sweater is only $83 and would be perfect to wear for Thanksgiving dinner.:)
