Data Facts has acquired One Source Credit Reporting Agency of Houston, to further expand the company’s footprint in Texas.
The integration of One Source into Data Facts is expected to complete in October.
The acquisition is “an essential step” forward for Data Facts’ long-term growth plan in the Western part of the United States, Daphne Large, chief executive officer of the Memphis, Tenn.-based company, said in a press release Thursday.
“We are excited about the opportunity to work with such an experienced team and earn the business of the One Source clients.”
Geraldine Podraza, president of One Source, will serves as management consultant for Data Facts. We are now part of a company that has the technology and skill to grow its footprint in Texas and other states, Podraza said.
Both companies have been affiliated with the National Consumer Reporting Agency. One Source will complement Data Facts’ current offerings, which include mortgage lending technology and data, such as employment background and tenant screening.
